GOOD to see ADELE using some of her 20million fortune wisely.

After splashing out on a home on the coast, shes now bought a 5.6million pad in Notting Hill.

The five-bedroom house in the swanky part of London is a far cry from the small flat she had in Battersea.

This year she was the wealthiest young British musician featured on The Sunday Times Rich List.

Once Skyfall singer Adele, husband SIMON KONECKI and their baby boy are in the new gaff, theyll be able to count KYLIE MINOGUE and PIPPA MIDDLETON as neighbours.

Wonder if those two will offer to babysit?
