Adele bags Billboard year-end 'best-of' charts for 2011

MANILA, Philippines The years best pop song and album in the U.S. is by British soul singer Adele, who clinched both honors with her smash Rolling In The Deep from her five-million plus selling sophomore album 21.

Rolling In The Deep, a soulful breakup song that highlights Adeles powerful, blues-steeped voice, spent a total of six weeks on top of the Hot 100 singles chart with 21 also tarrying at the number one spot of the Billboard 200 album charts for quite a while.
