Doctors have warned the pregnant singer that her vocal cords could fail due to her gruelling workload. Last year she lost her ability to sing after a polyp was found on her vocal cords. The UK publication reports that Adele was spotted at Abbey Road Studios earlier this month, where composer Thomas Newman has been reportedly at work on the score for "Skyfall" -- the next film in the long-running spy saga.
