CHART-topper sensation Adele will perform at the final of the UK's "The X Factor" -- her first gig since she was struck down with a crippling throat condition.
The "Someone Like You" singer was secretly booked as the star turn for the show's finale at London's Wembley Arena on December 11, The Sun reported.

Adele was hand-picked by Simon Cowell in February after her stunning Brits performance.
Next month's gig, in front of up to 20 million TV viewers and 10,000 audience members, will be the 23-year-old's first since being diagnosed with vocal cord haemorrhage last month. It forced her to cancel concerts in the US and the UK and she had surgery in America.
Last week, Adele claimed on her blog that she was "on the ! mend."
A source confirmed that she planned to honour her booking on The X Factor and was resting in preparation.
There were rumors that Cowell, 52, could appear on the show, but a source close to the mogul said: "He's not coming -- unless he changes his mind at the last minute."
